- 200g ground beef
- 2 tablespoons fine bulgur
- 1 clove garlic, grated (for meatballs)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cup cooked peas
- 2 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 liter hot water
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Mix ground beef, bulgur, grated garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, and salt in a bowl until well combined
- Form small marble-sized meatballs and coat them lightly with flour
- Heat oil in a pot and sauté chopped onions, garlic, and red bell pepper until softened
- Add tomato paste and stir for 1-2 minutes
- Add diced potatoes and stir to combine
- Add cooked peas and mix well
- Pour hot water to cover ingredients (about 1 liter)
- Bring to a boil, then add the floured meatballs
- Season with salt and simmer until potatoes are tender and meatballs are cooked through (about 20-25 minutes)
