Cacık is a refreshing Turkish yogurt dish perfect for hot summer days. This no-cook recipe is great for getting kids involved in the kitchen, as they can help grate cucumbers and mix ingredients. The combination of cool yogurt and crisp cucumber makes it both nutritious and hydrating. A good source of probiotics from yogurt and vitamins from fresh vegetables, it's an excellent way to incorporate healthy ingredients into children's diets. The consistency can be adjusted from thick to more soup-like by varying the amount of water added, making it versatile for different serving occasions.
