This meatball and potato stew is a beloved children's favorite that adults enjoy just as much. The small, tender meatballs combined with potatoes in a rich tomato broth make it both nutritious and comforting. While rolling the small meatballs might seem time-consuming, the end result is worth the effort. For best results, you can refrigerate the meatball mixture for 15 minutes before shaping - this helps them hold their shape better. Remember to check the water level occasionally during cooking, as the potatoes and bulgur will absorb liquid as they cook.
