This creamy tomato soup is especially delightful when made with fragrant summer tomatoes. Perfect for introducing children to vegetable soups, its smooth texture and mild flavor make it a family favorite. The combination of milk and butter creates a rich, comforting soup that's both nutritious and delicious. For the best results, choose ripe, aromatic tomatoes - their natural sweetness will enhance the soup's flavor. This soup can be made year-round, but summer tomatoes give it an exceptional taste. You can adjust the consistency to your family's preference by blending it more or less smooth.
